Employer Profile Management
Employer Profile Management covers the day-to-day tasks for maintaining a Branch or Company profile on Modex Profiles — updating general information, branding, descriptions, and the photo gallery. Both Branch and Company profiles share the same management structure; the labels simply reflect your profile type.
Note: Profile editing requires the Profile Editing permission. If you cannot access the Profile section in your navigation menu, contact your account administrator or Modex Support.
Navigating to Your Profile
Click Profile in the top navigation menu. The profile management sidebar will open with four tabs:
- General — edit your profile's name, website, phone number, and email
- Branding — upload a profile photo and logo
- Branch Details / Company Details — add rich text descriptions about your organization
- Photos — manage your profile photo gallery
General Information
Click Profile in the top navigation menu, then select the General tab. You can update the following fields:
- Branch Name / Company Name
- Website
- Phone Number
Save your changes when finished.
Branding
Click Profile in the top navigation menu, then select the Branding tab. You can upload two images:
- Profile Photo — appears next to your name throughout Modex
- Logo — displayed within your Modex profile (minimum size: 800 x 400 pixels)
Accepted formats are JPG, JPEG, and PNG.
Branch Details / Company Details
Click Profile in the top navigation menu, then select the Branch Details or Company Details tab. This section lets you provide rich text content that loan officers will see when viewing your profile. Complete as many fields as you like:
- Description — a brief overview of this branch or company
- Compensation — your compensation structure for loan officers
- Benefits — benefits you offer loan officers
- Community — your involvement in the local community
- Support — the support you provide to loan officers
- Culture — highlights of your workplace culture
- Products — the loan products you provide or specialize in
A thorough profile helps loan officers understand what makes your organization unique and increases your chances of connecting with the right candidates.
Photos
Click Profile in the top navigation menu, then select the Photos tab. Click Upload Photos to add images to your gallery. You can drag and drop photos to reorder them. Photos appear in your public Modex profile when loan officers view your Branch Overview or Company Overview.
Dashboard Overview
Your employer dashboard gives you a quick view of your profile's current state and activity. From the dashboard you can:
- View your profile card showing your photo, name, and address
- Click Edit Profile to jump directly into profile editing
- See an Awaiting Approval banner if your profile claim is still under review
- View the Who has shown interest in you? section to see loan officers who have engaged with your profile
- Toggle the Are You Hiring? switch to let loan officers know you are actively hiring — this can be turned off at any time
