Detail Page Metrics
The detail page for each loan officer, branch, company, lender beneficiary, and real estate agent includes a metrics section at the bottom of the page. This section displays performance data across several tabs, allowing you to analyze production history, real estate activity, census demographics, workforce trends, and more.
Accessing the Metrics Section
Navigate to any detail page by clicking a result from the Filters page or from a List. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the metrics panel. The default tab displayed on load is Mortgage Metrics.
Time Period Selector
Every metrics tab includes a time period dropdown in the upper right. Click it to change the date range for all charts and summary stats. The default selection is 1 Year.
Available time periods:
- Year to Date
- 1 Year
- 9 Months
- 6 Months
- 3 Months
- 2025
- 2024
- 2023
- 2022
- 2021
- 2020
- 2019
Note: The 2019 time period is not available on real estate agent or real estate office pages. Changing the time period in one tab updates all tabs.
Mortgage Metrics Tab
The Mortgage Metrics tab displays mortgage production data for the selected entity. See Mortgage Data for more information on how this data is sourced.
Summary stats at the top of the tab:
- Total Volume — total mortgage dollar volume for the selected period
- Average Monthly — average monthly production volume
- Average Loan — average loan size
- Total Units — total number of loan transactions
Hover over any dollar amount to see the exact value in a tooltip.
Charts below the summary stats include:
- Volume — a monthly line chart of production over time
- Loan Types
- Transaction Type
- Property Cities (or Property States on branch and company pages)
- Property Type
- Reverse Mortgages
- Title Companies
- Lender Beneficiary
- Banked/Brokered
- Year Built
- LTV (Loan-to-Value)
Each chart shows volume, unit count, and market share percentage per item. For example: $1.2M (45 | 32.5%).
Real Estate Metrics Tab
The Real Estate Metrics tab displays MLS transaction data matched to the entity. See Real Estate Data for more information on how this data is sourced.
On loan officer, branch, and company pages, summary stats include:
- Total Sale Volume
- Average Sale Price
- Total Sale Units
- Match Accuracy — the percentage of MLS transactions successfully matched to mortgage data
Charts include Listing Agents, Buyer Agents, Listing Companies, and Buyer Companies. Each chart shows sale volume, loan volume, and units per entry. Agent names link to their detail page when available.
On real estate agent pages, this tab shows metrics broken down by side. Use the All Metrics, List Side Metrics, and Buy Side Metrics buttons to filter the view. Charts include a volume line chart, top cities, property type, year built, and senior community breakdown.
Note: This tab is only visible to users with access to Real Estate Data.
Census Metrics Tab
The Census Metrics tab shows demographic data for the areas where the entity has done business. See Census/CRA Data for more details.
Charts include:
- Population Majority
- Income Level
- Poverty
- Distressed
- Remote / Rural
- Unemployment
Note: This tab is only visible to users with access to Census/CRA Data. On real estate agent and real estate office pages, you can filter by All Metrics, List Side Metrics, or Buy Side Metrics.
Non-QM Tab
The Non-QM tab displays non-qualified mortgage production data. See Non-QM Data for more details.
Summary stats include Total Volume, Average Monthly, Average Loan, and Total Units. Charts include a volume line chart, production breakdown, lender beneficiary, loan types, transaction type, and transaction cities.
Note: This tab is available on loan officer, branch, and company pages for users with Non-QM Data access.
Workforce Tab
The Workforce tab shows hiring and departure trends for branches and companies. See Workforce Data for more details.
Use the Producing Workforce and Total Workforce toggle buttons to switch between views. Each view shows arrivals, departures, and net change over time. Click any point on the charts to open a detailed breakdown.
Note: This tab is available on branch and company pages for users with Workforce Data access.
Mortgage Transactions and Map Tabs
The Mortgage Transactions tab displays a list of individual loan transactions for the entity. The Mortgage Transactions Map tab plots those transactions geographically. See Transactions Functionality for more details.
