Detail Page Navigation
The detail page gives you an in-depth view of a Loan Officer, Branch, or Company. This article explains how to reach a detail page and how to navigate the sections within it.
Opening a Detail Page
You can open a detail page from several places in Modex Recruit:
- From the Filters results list — click the name of a Loan Officer, Branch, or Company in any result card.
- From the Search results — click the name in any search result row.
- From another detail page — for example, the Branch Manager name on a Branch page links to that Loan Officer's detail page, and the Branch Of field on a Branch page links to the Company detail page.
The detail page opens as a full-screen view, covering the results you were browsing. To return to your results, click the browser back button or click a section name (such as Loan Officers) in the top navigation menu.
Header and Action Buttons
At the top of every detail page you will see the name of the Loan Officer, Branch, or Company along with a set of action buttons:
- Add to List — adds the record to one of your Lists. The button turns green and reads Added to List once added.
- Notes (pencil icon) — opens a note modal where you can save private notes on the record.
- Download (PDF icon) — downloads a PDF summary of the detail page.
- Get Contact — available on Loan Officer pages only, and only if your account has contact data access. If contact data is not yet available for that Loan Officer, a Request Contact Data button appears instead.
Summary Card
Directly below the header is a summary card with key identifiers for the record:
- For Loan Officers: NMLS ID (links to NMLS Consumer Access), Modex Score, and Attributes (if any apply).
- For Branches: Address, Branch Of (links to the parent Company), NMLS ID, Producing Loan Officers, Loan Officers, and Branch Manager.
- For Companies: Address, NMLS ID, Producing Loan Officers, Loan Officers, and Branches (if applicable).
Note: NMLS ID, Branch Manager, and the Licenses section are hidden for depository branches.
Employment and Licenses (Loan Officer Pages)
Below the summary card, Loan Officer detail pages include a tabbed panel with three tabs:
- Employment — shows the current employer, office address, and employment statistics such as licensed employment history and current employment duration.
- Licenses — shows federal registration status and current state licenses. A map of the United States highlights each licensed state.
- Employment History — shows a timeline of past employers.
Licenses (Branch and Company Pages)
Branch and Company detail pages display licensing information in a collapsible drawer rather than a tab. Click the Licenses row to expand or collapse it. When expanded, you will see the current state license count and a US map showing licensed states. Company pages also show Federal Registration status.
Metrics Panel
Below the employment and licenses section is the Metrics Panel, which organizes performance data into tabs. The tabs available depend on your account's feature access:
- Mortgage Metrics — always shown.
- Real Estate Metrics — shown for Loan Officers and Branches when your account includes MLS data.
- Mortgage Transactions — shown for Loan Officers and Companies when transaction data is enabled.
- Mortgage Transactions Map — always shown.
- Census Metrics — shown when Census/CRA data is enabled.
- Workforce — shown for Branches and Companies when Workforce data is enabled.
- Non-QM — shown for Loan Officers, Branches, and Companies when Non-QM data is enabled.
For more information on the data within each tab, see Detail Page Metrics.
Associated Records
At the bottom of Branch and Company detail pages, you will find a list of associated records:
- Branch pages show a Loan Officers section listing all Loan Officers at that branch. Each name links to the corresponding Loan Officer detail page.
- Company pages show a Branches section (when the company has branches on file) listing all associated branches. Each name links to the corresponding Branch detail page.
