Filtering Navigation
The Filters page is Modex Recruit's primary tool for finding loan officers, branches, companies, lender beneficiaries, and real estate agents that match your specific criteria. This article covers how to access and navigate the filter interface.
Accessing Filters
- Click Loan Officers, Branches, Companies, Lender Beneficiaries, or Real Estate Agents in the top navigation menu.
- A dropdown menu will appear. Click Filters.
- You will be taken to the Filters page. The filter sidebar appears on the left and your results populate on the right.
Navigating the Filter Sidebar
The filter sidebar contains collapsible sections organized by category — such as Location, Transactions, Loan Type, Employment, and more. Each section can be expanded or collapsed by clicking on it. When a filter within a section is active, the section indicator will turn green.
Scroll through the sidebar to view all available filter options for the entity type you are searching.
Applying Filters
- Expand the filter sections you want to configure and set your criteria.
- Click Apply at the bottom of the sidebar to run your search. Your results will refresh automatically.
Resetting Filters
To clear all active filters and start a new search, click the three-dot menu next to Apply at the bottom of the sidebar and select Reset Filters. This will remove all selected criteria and refresh your results.
Saving Your Filters
To save your current filter criteria for future use, click the three-dot menu next to Apply and select Save Filters. For more information, see Managing and Using Saved Filters.
Note: Save Filters is available for Loan Officers only.
Switching Between Entity Types
To switch between entity types, click the entity name in the top navigation menu and select Filters from the dropdown. Each entity type has its own set of available filter categories.
Map View
On the Filters page, you can toggle between a list view and a map view of your results. Click Map View in the top bar above your results to switch. Click List View to return.
