Search Options

Modex provides several ways to search for loan officers, branches, companies, and lender beneficiaries. To search for loan officers, branches, companies, or lender beneficiaries, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click "Loan Officers" on the top menu and a dropdown menu will appear with other options (Filters, Search, Hand Raised, Lists).
2. Click on "Search" and you will be taken to our search functionality.
3. Once on the search page, you can search for loan officers by name or NMLS ID. Modex will do its best too autocorrect if you misspell someone's name or entered and incorrect NMLS ID.
4. The same instructions above apply to searching for branches, companies, and lender beneficiaries. Instead of clicking on "Loan Officers", you would start by clicking "Branches", "Companies", or "Lender Beneficiaries". 

Alternatively, wherever are at in the platform you can use Modex's Global Search option in the top menu bar to search across all "mortgage entities" (loan officers, branches, companies, and lender beneficiaries). 

1. Click "Search" in the top menu bar on the right side.
2. A small modal will pop up in the middle of your screen where you can enter a loan officer, branch, company, or lender beneficiary's name or NMLS ID.
   
3. Simply scroll through the list of available options and select which you what to open. 

Tip: You can also access Global Search by pressing Control + S on your keyboard.
