Password Reset & Login Help

This article covers how to log in to Modex, reset a forgotten password, and update your password or email address. The same login system is used across all Modex products.

Logging In

Visit modex.com/login and choose one of the following sign-in methods:

• Email and password — enter your email address and password, then click Login
• Login Link by Email — click Login Link by Email to receive a passwordless login link; no password required
• Login with LinkedIn — click Login with LinkedIn to sign in using your LinkedIn account

Forgot Your Password?

Click Forgot your password? on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Instructions. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link to create a new password.

On the Reset Password page, enter a new password in the Password and Password Confirmation fields. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain both a letter and a number. Click Save to apply the change.

Note: If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Changing Your Password While Logged In

Go to Account Settings and select Change Password. Enter your Verify Current Password, then your New Password and Confirm New Password. Click Save. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain both a letter and a number.

Updating Your Email Address

Go to Account Settings and select Update Email. Enter your new email address and verify with your current password. Click Save.
