Creating and Adding to Lists

This article covers how to create lists, add items to lists, and import items in bulk using a CSV file. Lists are available for Loan Officers, Branches, Companies, Real Estate Agents, and Lender Beneficiaries.

Creating a New List

  1. Click Loan Officers, Branches, Companies, Lender Beneficiaries, or Real Estate Agents in the top navigation menu and select Lists from the dropdown.
  2. On the Lists page, click the Create button in the top right of the left sidebar.
  3. In the Create List modal, enter a name for your list in the Name field. You can also select an emoji to display alongside the list name by clicking the emoji picker next to the name input.
  4. Click Save. You will be taken directly to your new list.

Note: If you have no lists yet, you can also click Create List in the center of the main content area to get started.

Adding a Single Item to a List

You can add any individual loan officer, branch, company, real estate agent, or lender beneficiary to a list directly from search results or from the item's detail page.

  1. Locate the item in your search results or open its detail page.
  2. Click the Add to List button on the result card or in the detail page header.
  3. The Add to List modal will open, showing a scrollable checklist of all your existing lists under Select Lists. Check the lists you want to add the item to. Uncheck a list to remove the item from it.
  4. Click Save.

Once an item has been added to at least one list, the button label will change to Added to List.

Creating a New List from the Add to List Modal

If you need a new list while adding an item, you do not need to close the modal. Click Create New List at the top of the modal, enter a name and optional emoji, then click Save. The new list will appear in the checklist and be selected automatically.

Adding Multiple Items to a List (Bulk)

  1. From any search results page, click the selection toggle button in the top toolbar to activate multi-select mode.
  2. Check the items you want to add. Use the Select Page dropdown in the toolbar to select or deselect all items on the current page.
  3. Click Add To List in the bulk action toolbar.
  4. In the Add to List modal, check the lists you want to add the selected items to.
  5. Click Save. A confirmation message will appear when the items have been added.

Note: You can also create a new list inline from this modal by clicking Create New List at the top.

Importing Items from a CSV File

For Loan Officers, Branches, and Companies, you can bulk-import items into a list using a CSV file containing NMLS IDs.

  1. Open the list you want to import into.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the list header and select Import From CSV.
  3. In the Import From CSV modal, prepare your file. The file must be a CSV with a header row that includes a column labeled NMLS ID. All other columns will be ignored. Click Download Example File to download a template.
  4. Click Select File and choose your CSV file.
  5. Click Upload. A progress bar will display while the file uploads.
  6. When the upload is complete, you will see an Import Started confirmation. Wait a few minutes for the import to finish, then refresh the page to see your imported items.

Note: CSV import is available for Loan Officers, Branches, and Companies only.
