Branch and Company Volume Totals
Federally registered loan officers are assigned to companies. Licensed loan officers are assigned to either a branch, company, or both. This can result in some oddities when looking at branch or company totals.
If you add up the branch volumes for a company and they don't' add up to the company volume, it's likely some of the loan transactions were attached directly to the company and not to a branch itself.
Loan officers can also be attached to multiple branches or "office locations". With that being said, Modex tries to attach loan transactions to only one entity to not create duplication.
