Help! My data isn't accurate!

The question around data accuracy goes to how we collect mortgage transactional data. Modex collects public records data on more than 90% of the US Population. This data is then enriched and tied back to you, your branch, and your company. If you encounter incorrect or partially incorrect data on your profile, it's likely because we don't have coverage in the immediate counties near you. 

Modex strives to be transparent in terms of where we collect data. We dynamically publish a County Coverage report that shows all our coverage nationwide. In that report we also include total transactions on file for that county and when we started collecting data for that county. 

Our coverage is an evolving endeavor, on a monthly basis we add new counties to our database. If you have additional questions around data accuracy, contact support.
