Creating your Company Profile
There are two methods of claiming or creating your company profile. If you haven't claimed your loan officer profile, you can claim a company directly or if you have claimed your loan officer profile, you can claim your company and manage multiple profiles.
If you do not have a loan officer profile yet, navigate to your company's profile page by searching Modex. When you get to your company profile, click "Claim Profile!" on the top right. You will be taken through a process of claiming your profile. Please note that all branch and company profiles are manually approved by Modex Staff.
If you have already claimed your loan officer profile, navigate to your company's profile page by searching Modex. When you get to your company profile, click "Claim Profile". We will ask you to accept Terms and Conditions. After you complete this page, you profile goes into a verification state where Modex Staff will confirm you are the owner of this company page.
Managing Your Company Profile
Once you take ownership of your Company Profile, you'll want to update it with information about your company. When you're logged into Modex, click "My Profile" on the top menu bar. From your Profile page, you'll be able to see all profiles you own (loan officer, branch, or company). To create or edit your company profile, click "Edit" on the far right of your screen. From there you'll be able to add information about your company, contact information, and photos.
