What's your Worth?

When you login to Modex, you will be taken to your dashboard. Your dashboard has a variety of useful information, including our "What your Worth" widget.

The "What Your Worth" widget is a way to understand how you could be compensated by other employers. Modex collects compensation plans from around the nation from a variety of different types of lenders and applies it to your production, your area, and the type of loan officer you are.

What does it mean for you? This is how much you could potentially be paid by other employers in your area given how much production you do (over 12 months)! Did you make less than that amount? Well, maybe you should explore other employment opportunities! Did you make more than that amount? Well, you're probably with a great employer!
