How do I remove my profile from Modex?
Modex displays mortgage data to provide industry professionals — loan officers, recruiters, and employers — with transparent information on the mortgage employment market. We collect this data from public records and other sources to help loan officers and mortgage employers make informed decisions. For this reason, Modex does not remove profiles from the platform.
If Your Data Is Inaccurate
If your profile displays incorrect mortgage data, you can contact Modex Support and we will investigate. For more information, see Help! My data isn't accurate!
If Your Employment History Is Incorrect
If your profile contains incorrect employment or employer information, you can update it directly after claiming your profile. Log in to Modex Profiles and navigate to My Profile in the top navigation menu. From there you can edit your name, profile photo, and other profile details.

If Someone Else Claimed Your Profile
If another person has claimed your loan officer profile without your permission, contact Modex Support right away. For more information, see What do I do if someone claimed my profile?
